RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All articles bought on our online shop can be returned within 60 days – including reduced items. The only thing we stipulate is that the item is in a new, unused condition. For orders placed on www.zeebraham.com, returns within Germany are free of charge.

Using our returns service couldn’t be simpler. All orders placed with us come with a returns form and a return shipping label. To send an item back to us, simply fill out the returns form and place it in the parcel with the item you intend to send back to us. Then, attach the return shipping label to the package and take it to a DHL store of your choice. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation.

Orders delivered to addresses outside of Germany do not qualify for our free returns service.

Once we have processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount that we will refund you. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please note that it can take up to 20 days from the return date until your return is processed and a refund issued.

Exchanges

If you would like the shoes or shirt you bought in a different size or colour, we request that you place a completely new order. This way, you will be able to see straightaway if the article you want is currently available. In view of our free returns policy, we consider this to be a fair approach for both sides.
