Your order will be shipped to you by DHL.
The address you provide doesn’t have to be the same as the billing address – we can also send your order to a DHL Packstation, ServicePoint or other self-service locker in your area.
If you are buying within Germany, you can expect your order to be with you within 2 to 3 days. Delivery to European addresses outside of Germany takes a bit longer, usually around 6 to 12 days.
As soon as your order leaves our depot, you will receive an email with a confirmation of shipment and your DHL tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order on www.dhl.de/en.
Purchases within Germany qualify for free returns, regardless of the price of the product.
